I never planned to start a clothing brand.

For years, my life was built around numbers, systems, and solving problems, first across the UAE, and later here in Canada, the place my family now calls home. But somewhere between the long days, the flights between two countries, and raising a daughter, one question kept coming back to me.

What am I actually leaving behind?

Canada gave my family the freedom to build a life on our own terms. I wanted my daughter to grow up in that spirit, knowing she can be soft and powerful at the same time. That modesty can come from confidence, not restriction. That she never has to choose between faith, beauty, strength, and individuality.

I also thought about the sons of this generation. I want young men to understand that real strength is not loud. It is disciplined, consistent, and shown in the choices we make when no one is watching. It is the strength to protect, provide, and still remain gentle.

That is the kind of man I hope every father is raising, and the kind of man I am still trying to become.

Building a new life here taught me that legacy is not inherited. It is built, one quiet decision at a time. I wanted my children to one day look at what we built and say:

"This is what our father believed in."

That became HAYA Legacy.
